Herewith is our enrolment process for Willow Academy 2024.
The enrolment process is as follows:
Apply online or contact our friendly admissions officer. Complete the application form with all the required documentation together with your application fee.
The application fee structure is as follows:
Early bird R800,00 per child (end of May)
From June up to end August the application fee is R1200,00 per child
From September to October the application fee is R1400,00 per child
From 1 November 2023 the application fee is R2000,00
Once we have received your application with all the required documentation, our friendly admissions officer will contact you to arrange for the following procedure to take place:
Assessment or Entrance Exams:
Grade R- a school readiness test
Grade 1-3 an assessment done at school for 2 to 3 days
Grade 4-12 an entrance exams that consist of English Home language, Mathematics and Afrikaans FAL
Please note that all assessment and entrance exams give us an indication of your child’s academic performance and ability. If needed, your child may be requested to repeat the grade or receive enrichment in the subjects where your child might not show proficiency.

The following interviews will be conducted with the parents and on request the applicant:
Interview with the Principal
Interview with the finance department
Once we have concluded all the aspects of the application conditions, our Admission Board will meet to conclude the outcome of your child’s application. To confirm that your child has been accepted you will receive an email with the Acceptance Letter attached. In this letter we will inform you about any possible conditions to your child’s enrollment at Willow Academy.
To secure your place, you are requested to pay a registration fee as per your acceptance letter.
