Once you have completed your online application, please ensure the following documents listed below are submitted to Willow Academy. You may hand-deliver them to our office or email them to admissions@willowacademy.co.za
- 2 x ID Photos of the child
- Certified birth certificate of the child (not older than three months)
- Certified ID copies of both parents (not older than three months)
- Proof of residence
- 3 months’ salary payslip, Grants, Household income, Investments (if you are self-employed – 6 months bank statements)
- 3 months bank statements
- Marriage/Divorce/Death Certificate
- Copy of Divorce decree if applicable
- Report from Current School
- Kindly submit any Psychological/Psychometric/Audiological reports
- School Fee Statement from the current school for the past two years
- A student study permit number if the child does not have a South African citizenship or permanent residency status.

- Please note the submission of your application is not an automatic acceptance. The learner will be required to write an assessment or entrance exam (except when applying for Pre-Primary).
